The Beachwood Society is always looking for innovative, meaningful ways of memorializing our loved ones. Times are changing, and that includes how families approach cremation. While more traditional options still exist, cremation isn’t all about heavy marble urns anymore. Families want personalized, tangible keepsakes that celebrate the legacies their loved ones leave behind.
In keeping with our endeavor to provide the most current, affordable, and meaningful services, The Beachwood Society is proud to announce three distinct partnerships with legacy-based memorial companies.
Legacy Touch: Legacy Touch provides fingerprint jewelry and keepsakes. The Beachwood Society will collect your loved one’s fingerprints and provide you with their unique PIN Number. By going to the Legacy Touch website, you can use your loved one’s PIN and have their fingerprint laser-engrave onto whatever keepsake you choose. Families experience great comfort when they feel the lines and grooves of their loved one’s fingerprint on a piece of memorial jewelry.
Parting Stone: Probably the most innovative option around for cremation, Parting Stone takes the ashes of your loved one and turns them into 40-60 stones that can be shared amongst family members and friends. While most stones are white or off-white, some stones can range in color from white to brown, and even shades of blue.
